Thursday, September 15th at 7pm Richard Zimmler presents The Warsaw Anagrams. Born in America, Richard Zimler has worked for many years as a journalist in the San Francisco Bay area. He currently lives in Portugal and has written several novels about generations of a Portuguese Jewish family. The Last Kabbalist of Lisbon, Hunting Midnight, Guardian of the Dawn and The Seventh Gate form the ‘The Sephardic Cycle’ a group of inter-connected, but fully independent, novels. Richard Zimler also wrote the screenplay for The Slow Mirror, a short film which was awarded the Best Drama award at the New York City Short Film Festival in May of 2010. AT Village Voice
